Justin Bieber to unveil Vietnamese robot at CES



Singing sensation Justin Bieber is expected to help launch a toy robot made by Hanoi-based TOSY Robotics at the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow - the 2012 International CES - later this week.
According to an official CES statement, the pop star will help the TOSY Robotics company “unveil their new innovative entertainment robot” at their booth, located in the Robotics TechZone, on Wednesday.

The 2012 International CES will be held from January 10-13 in Las Vegas.

There is no further information in the statement concerning details of the new product.

TOSY Robotics says in a statement on its website that it is the first Vietnamese robotics firm that produces four types of products – gigantic robots, service robots, industrial robots and high-tech toys. The company says it plans to become “the world's leading manufacturer in robotics technology.”

One of its stand-out product is a robot that can play ping pong.

Bieber, 17, is one of the top selling artists in the world today. His appearance at the 2012 International CES is expected to attract a lot of his fans, mostly teenagers, to the event.
