Is Katy Perry trying to make Russell Brand jealous as their marriage continues towards divorce? The "I Kissed a Girl" singer kissed a boy at her concert in Manila, Philippines yesterday.

In fact, not only did the 27-year-old, newly single singer kiss the fan, she also grabbed his nipple because he was shirtless. Whoa! She certainly had her flirt on at the concert. Earlier last week, the singer also kissed a different boy at a different concert. This must be one of her new things.

While Katy Perry was kissing male concertgoers and twisting their nipples, her soon-to-be ex-husband Russell Brand was stateside at The Lexington Social House in Los Angeles with two other male friends.

The estranged couple is staying at least half the world apart right now, and Perry is reportedly "relieved" that things are that way. The divorce appears to be tough for her, and Brand has reportedly shut down her attempts at reconciliation, which must hurt.

Russell Brand refused Katy Perry's plea to save their marriage

Russell Brand refused a desperate plea by Katy Perry for a last attempt to save their marriage. The singer begged Russell to meet her in Los Angeles this week and suggested counselling instead of continuing divorce proceedings.

But the comedian, 36, told his wife they should move on from their 14-month marriage and stay friends. A source close to Firework singer Katy, 27, said: "Her girlfriends are apparently organising a 'newly single' party for her but she doesn't really like the idea. "She has been quite down. She really thought she could sort it out with Russell. "Even with the divorce papers being served she was convinced that a meeting could make him realise why they fell in love."

Katy this week unfollowed her husband @rustyrockets on Twitter, though he continues to follow her account @katyperry. Russell filed divorce papers in LA on December 30, citing irreconcilable differences. The Sunday Mirror told two weeks ago that it was Russell who started the proceedings.

Katy Perry unfollows Russell Brand on Twitter

Russell Brand may have been the one to file for divorce but Katy Perry is the first to dissociate from her estranged husband on Twitter.

The 27-year-old is only following 83 people on Twitter and Brand is no longer one of them, the Mirror reported.

However, the British comedian is still following the pop star on the microblogging site.

Twitter had been a flirting ground for the pair in happier times but Russell overstepped the trust boundaries when he posted a picture of his wife with no make up on, looking pretty rough and grimacing - just to top it off.

In recent times though the site is where Perry chose to thank her fans for their support following Brand's announcement that they were divorcing in December.

"I am so grateful for all the love and support I've had from people around the world. You guys have made my heart happy again," she had tweeted.

Though, the singer's decision to stop rustyrocket updates popping up on her phone can be attributed to the fact that she's furious with him for blindsiding her with the divorce papers.

She might also be angry over gossip that he's about to spill on the juicy details about their time together in a tell-all book.
