Kim Kardashian partied solo yet again on Saturday night. She attended a Halloween party decked out in a sexy costume—dressed up as Batman bad girl Poison Ivy, but hubby Kris Humphries was nowhere to be seen.
According to a report from People.com, Kim partied at Lavo in New York City at a Halloween party sponsored by Midori. She managed to brush off rumors of their troubled marriage when asked why she was partying sans her husband.
"I'm going to Australia tomorrow so I'm in New York alone tonight," she said.
She also explained how she prepared Kris Humphries for the rumors that would no doubt fly once the two tied the knot.
"Something I really prepared Kris for [was] to let him know that no matter what we do, there's going to be rumors," she said. "It used to really upset me and now I don't even think about it."
Do you think Kim Kardashian is telling the truth or is she making excuses for why Kris isn't with her for events like this Halloween party? It certainly would make sense that she would prepare him for rumors in the press. That's something the Kardashians have long been the subject of—whether they're true or not.
The thing about Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' marriage that is of concern is that they've only been married for nine weeks. It would certainly seem that they'd want to spend way more time together than they do, and with Kris not working right now he could likely travel with Kim to places like New York and Australia.
